INTRODUCTION

These Conditions of contract (hereinafter "Terms") apply to Primamylly Oy's ("Service Provider") RECOMMENT service ("Service"), the related website and the amount registered for the Service ("Company"). When a user has been created for the company, which he has activated in the service, or the company registers itself in the service, create a company-specific account ("Account") for him in Recomment. Responsible for the person who has registered for the service, in the user ("User")

 

CREATING THE CONTRACT

This agreement becomes valid when the Company registers as a new user of the Service. By registering to the service, the Company accepts these terms of use and the Recommend.fi terms of use.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the terms of use on the processing of personal data ("Privacy Statement"), which has been drawn up in accordance with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation and Finnish law.

The Service Provider offers the Company via the Internet a service that collects and stores quantitative and time-stamped data, images and attachments. This data can be structured according to the structures defined by the company and distributed between the parties and to the entities defined in the Terms of Agreement. The main purpose of the service is documentation and data collection on computers and mobile devices.

 

PURPOSE OF USE

With the help of the service, the Company can measure customer satisfaction, monitor the quality of services and measure the professionalism of the staff, as well as conduct customer surveys and monitor their responses.

The company can also create online menu lists and take food orders through it.

All this takes place with the help of QR codes, where the company's customer himself scans it with his phone and participates in the actions depending on his own will.

The main point is to get closer to the customer, improve customer relations and facilitate the control of the company's quality in each location by receiving statistics on all events.

Recommend.fi offers all the necessary tools. The customer is responsible for printing QR codes, unless otherwise agreed.

REFERENCE RIGHT

The Company grants permission to the service provider to utilize their company name and logo as a reference for sales and marketing purposes. 

 

USERNAME AND PASSWORD

The username is the e-mail address provided by the company. It is personal and may not be transferred or used by several different people at the same time.

You can change your password as soon as you log in to the service for the first time.

The company must ensure that the password used is strong enough and only known to the company. The password must be changed immediately if the company suspects that it has become known to others.

 

TRIAL PERIOD

You can try the service for free and completely without commitments for 7 days after registration. After this, the order continues for a fee according to the valid price list, unless it is canceled separately by sending a message to Asiakaspalvelu(at)recomment.fi

 

PRICING 

The service is paid after the trial period by online payment or e-mail invoice in one-month periods. At the end of the period, we will send the next invoice separately. The service is available until the end of the paid period. Service fees that have already been billed will not be refunded. The customer will be informed about changes in fees and contract terms no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.

 

ENTREPRENEUR’S RESPONSIBILITY

Personal and contact information of the Company's customers obtained through QR codes may not be used for marketing or other commercial purposes.

The customer's information as well as the images and voice messages they send must be stored carefully and must not be shared with an outside person or company.

The entrepreneur is also responsible for all company staff members who have access to customer data. The entrepreneur must also oblige the staff to accept the terms of the contract.

 

CANCELLING THE ORDER

You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling your order by email at Asiakaspalvelu(at)recomment.fi

Upon canceling, the service is available until the end of the paid period. The material stored in the service must be recovered during this time. After the termination period, you can no longer log in to the service, print a QR code, check or print reports, or read customer feedback and answers to customer surveys.

 

SERVICE LEVEL

The Service Provider does everything in their power to make the service available. The operation of the service completely without errors and interruptions cannot be guaranteed.

BREACH OF THE TERMS AND REOPENING OF THE SERVICE

The service provider has the right to delete the company’s account or suspend them if the company’s violates these terms. Reopening the service will be charged an amount equal to the Entrepreneur's normal monthly fee.
